Caroline is an experienced fully qualified and insured Pilates teacher and Personal Trainer.

Currently trained to teach clients in the full Pilates Method, including Mat, Reformer and the full range of equipment she also holds qualifications in Ante and Post-natal exercise and Exercise for children for both Pilates and Gym based exercise.

Caroline has been living with arthritis since her mid 20’s. She started her fitness journey over ten years ago when she realised being extremely unfit and carrying a large amount of excess weight was contributing to her joint pain and lack of mobility. From someone who struggled to climb the stairs and was out of breath after a few steps she is now enjoying her 50’s relatively pain free and fitter than she has ever been despite navigating perimenopause and the challenges fluctuating hormone levels bring including a resurgence of her RA. She was diagnosed with ADHD in early 2024. With the diagnosis her lifelong struggles with her weight, relationship with food, staying motivated and the role mind body connections and exercise have to play in managing ADHD symptoms became clear.

These experiences have ensured she is committed to making exercise accessible to everyone who needs it, she works with many clients who have conditions. Tailoring their sessions to help them build mobility, strength and live their lives in less pain. Watching clients progress, hit their goals and thrive in their lives, whether that is Rehab, Weight management, Strength training, Enhanced sports performance or General fitness, health and wellness Caroline is there to support and celebrate with her clients every step of the way. She believes in a holistic approach, that supporting her clients to improve their mental health also improves their physical health and vice versa.

She founded Antrim Pilates in May 2021 and in December 2024 opened her Pilates studio in Woodgreen Trade Mill, a 200 year old Linen Mill. Caroline is excited to see Antrim Pilates’ services grow with new services and classes coming to the studio to support clients in their health and wellness goals.

Hi everyone I'm Kerrie. I'm lucky enough to take evening slow flow classes in Antrim Pilates. I have also been offering monthly relaxation sessions incorporating Sound Bath, Yoga and Reiki. The ultimate reset in a world that feels busy and demanding.

A bit about me. I live and breathe Yoga. I joined my first class 10 years ago and although not hooked immediately I quickly realised that Yoga was adding a great deal to my life. I completed my teacher training in 2020 and since then I've trained in Yin, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. My classes are Hatha focused meaning slower than other types of Yoga. I feel this pace is perfectly suited to Sunday evenings and to winding down.

In all of my classes I include a relaxing Savasana with guided meditation.

Why do I love Yoga so much ?

Personally speaking I've become more confident in myself and my abilities. I am a naturally shy person who would never have dreamed of taking classes but here we are!.

Give a class a try and see for yourself what your body is capable of. Apart from the physical benefits you will feel amazing after a class.

Asides from Yoga I love travel, hiking and girly weekends.

Hope to meet you soon . Kerrie x
